JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for talented and fast webnovel writers who can leverage AI tools to produce high-quality, engaging fiction content quickly and efficiently.

You will be given a genre (e.g., Military, Billionaire/CEO, Romance, Fantasy, etc.) and it will be your responsibility to:

- Develop the storyline and plot
- Create a chapter outline/structure
- Design compelling characters
- Write engaging chapters using AI-assisted tools while maintaining quality, consistency, and originality
- End almost every chapter with a strong, compelling cliffhanger that keeps readers hooked and coming back for more
- Ensure full plot consistency — no plot holes, no contradictions in character details, timeline, or storyline

Requirements:

- Minimum output: 3,000–5,000 words per day (consistently)
- Strong understanding of webnovel/webfiction tropes and pacing (especially in genres like Military, Billionaire/CEO, Romance, etc.)
- Proven skill in crafting cliffhangers — you know how to end chapters in a way that maximizes reader engagement and retention
- Strong attention to detail and continuity — able to track characters, timelines, and plot threads carefully to avoid inconsistencies or plot holes
- Comfortable using AI writing tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality
- Good command of English grammar, dialogue, and storytelling
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly deadlines
