We are a German digital agency looking for a reliable, skilled and highly efficient frontend developer to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis.
You will create modern, conversion-focused websites and landing pages for local businesses and professional-service companies in Germany.

This is not a traditional virtual-assistant role. We are looking for someone who combines frontend development, web design and AI-assisted development to deliver complete websites quickly and consistently.
Workload and Availability
• Approximately 5 hours per day
• 25 hours per week
• Long-term collaboration
• Approximately 3–4 complete website projects per month
• Average website size: 5–10 pages
• Expected delivery time: approximately 1 week per website
• Availability for regular communication with our internal team
• Ability to provide clear progress updates and communicate blockers early
The workload can be demanding. You must be comfortable working efficiently, managing deadlines and using AI development tools to increase your productivity.
AI-Assisted Development
You should be highly skilled in using AI coding tools such as:
• OpenAI Codex
• Claude Code
• ChatGPT
• Other AI development agents and tools
You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you must have enough coding knowledge to understand, review, debug and improve AI-generated code.
You must not blindly rely on AI output. You will remain responsible for the quality, functionality, security and performance of every website you deliver.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing website projects from the initial brief to final deployment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing project briefs, client information and reference websites
• Planning the website structure and page hierarchy
• Creating modern and original visual designs
• Building complete mobile-responsive websites
• Developing conversion-focused landing pages for Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Implementing German website content provided by or created with our team
• Collaborating with SEO, advertising and copywriting tea
• Adding lead forms, WhatsApp buttons, click-to-call buttons and other conversion elements
• Connecting forms to Supabase or other required systems
• Sending lead-notification
• Sending confirmation
• Deploying projects through Vercel
• Delivering all source code and assets to our agency-owned GitHub repositories
• Testing and correcting websites before final delivery
• Implementing feedback after internal quality reviews
Technical Requirements
You should have practical experience with:
• React and Vite, or Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Git and GitHub
• Vercel deployments
• Supabase
• Form validation
• Transactional
• Environment variables
• Reusable component structures
• Responsive web development
• Basic domain and DNS configuration
• Basic debugging and browser developer tools
You should also be able to work with existing codebases and improve or modify websites built by other developers.
Design Requirements
You must have strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
You should be able to:
• Design websites without always receiving a complete Figma file
• Turn references and briefs into original website designs
• Create strong visual hierarchy
• Select appropriate typography, spacing, imagery and layouts
• Build polished desktop, tablet and mobile experiences
• Create clear and effective calls to action
• Avoid generic-looking AI-generated templates
• Maintain visual consistency across all pages
• Design specifically for lead generation and conversions
The websites must look professional and customized to each business—not like low-quality templates.
Conversion Optimization
You should understand the fundamentals of conversion-focused web design, including:
• Strong above-the-fold sections
• Clear headlines and value propositions
• Prominent contact and lead-generation buttons
• Mobile click-to-call functionality
• WhatsApp integration
• Trust elements, testimonials and reviews
• Short and effective lead forms
• Service-specific calls to action
• Dedicated advertising landing pages
• Thank-you pages
• Conversion tracking events
SEO Requirements
You should have a basic understanding of technical and on-page SEO.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Correct H1, H2 and H3 structure
• SEO-friendly page structure
• Page titles and meta descriptions
• Local keyword implementation
• Internal linking
• Image optimization and alt text
• Sitemap and robots.txt configuration
• Canonical URLs
• Basic structured data and schema markup
• Page-speed optimization
• Core Web Vitals improvements
• Indexing preparation
• Google Search Console setup support
You will collaborate with other tea
German-Language Projects
All websites will be created primarily for the German market.
You must be able to:
• Understand German website briefs and content
• Correctly place and format German copy
• Understand German navigation, service names and calls to action
• Notice obvious content or formatting errors
• Implement German keywords, metadata and page structures
Perfect German writing skills are not mandatory if you can collaborate effectively with our German-speaking team. However, you must be comfortable working with German-language content every day.
Tracking and Compliance
You should be able to implement or support:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• Meta Pixel
• Form-submission events
• Call and WhatsApp click events
• Cookie-consent tools
• Basic GDPR-aware website implementation
You must test that tracking events and lead forms work correctly before delivery.
Quality-Control Expectations
Before submitting a project, you must check:
• Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts
• Forms and
• All links, buttons and calls to action
• Browser console errors
• Page loading speed
• Tracking events
• Metadata and SEO structure
• Spelling and formatting consistency
• Cross-browser functionality
• Basic accessibility
• Deployment and environment configuration
You should be able to identify and fix problems independently instead of submitting unfinished AI-generated code.
GitHub, Ownership and Confidentiality
Every project must be delivered directly to a GitHub repository owned by our agency.
You must provide:
• Complete source code
• All required assets
• Configuration files
• Setup documentation
• Environment-variable documentation
• Deployment instructions where necessary
This is strictly white-label work.
The following conditions apply:
• Direct contact with our clients is not allowed unless specifically authorized
• All completed work belongs to our agency
• Client information and project materials must remain confidential
• Projects may not be publicly shared without our written approval
• Client projects may not be added to your portfolio without permission
• Subcontracting work to another person is not allowed without approval
• Credentials and access details must be handled securely
Paid Test and Trial Week
Selected candidates will begin with a one-week paid trial.
During this week, you will receive a practical website or landing-page assignment. The assignment will be similar to the projects you would handle in the long-term role.

Candidates who successfully complete the paid trial may be offered a long-term position within our team.
