The opportunity
We run the inboxes for fast-growing companies' outbound campaigns. When a prospect replies, there's money on the table for the next 5 minutes, and you're the person who closes that window before it shuts. Hit your numbers and you grow into QA lead or client-facing ops within 6 months. This is a performance role. You'll see your reply speed and close rate daily, and top performers earn well above base.
This is not for you if: you get stressed by fast response windows, you go quiet when a conversation gets hard, or you want a job where nobody tracks your output. We measure everything.
What you'll own
You own the inbox. A prospect replies, you read what they actually mean, and you fire back a sharp, natural, on-brand message that moves toward a booked call. You use AI agents to draft and speed up, and you correct them every single time. The judgment is yours. You're also the last line of defense on quality: nothing sloppy or off-tone leaves the inbox on your watch.
Non-negotiables

Native or near-native US business English. You catch nuance, slang, and intent instantly.
Real sales experience. You know how a conversation flows toward a close.
5-minute reply time, every time, for your whole shift.
Never go silent mid-conversation. You stay on an active chat until it's parked or booked.
Rock-solid internet and full availability during working hours.
Fluent in Slack and ---------- , fast to pick up new tools.
