Summary
AI Application Training & Optimization Specialist

Project-Based | Performance-Driven | Growth Opportunity

This is a precision execution role.

We are hiring a highly structured, detail-obsessed AI Training Specialist to refine and complete AI-driven applications through chat-based instruction.

Your role is to execute our vision with precision — not reinterpret it.

If you require constant direction, miss small details, or produce work that needs repeated correction, this is not the right role for you.

Compensation Structure
• Starting Rate: $3.00/hour
• Increase to $4.00–$5.00/hour based on:
• First-pass accuracy
• Elimination of send-backs
• Independent execution
• Strong communication
• Meeting productivity benchmarks

Raises are based on:
• Individual performance
• Reduced revision rates
• Consistency over time
• Company growth and revenue performance

This role begins with a 7-day paid trial period at $3.00/hour.
Continuation beyond the trial depends on performance.

Payments are issued bi-weekly.

Productivity Expectations

This is a production-based role.

You will be expected to:
• Meet clearly defined weekly output targets
• Complete assigned builds within designated timeframes
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity standards
• Reduce revision cycles over time

Specific quotas will be discussed based on task complexity. Failure to meet minimum production standards will result in contract termination.

Core Responsibilities
• Train AI tools to generate structured, consistent outputs
• Refine prompts and instruction sets to eliminate recurring issues
• Complete unfinished AI workflows with minimal oversight
• Identify formatting inconsistencies, logic errors, and structural weaknesses
• Implement permanent fixes (no repeated corrections)
• Maintain structured documentation and detailed notes
• Communicate proactively regarding blockers or inefficiencies
• Exercise strong judgment when d ---------- to escalate
• Work within company monitoring software (provided) professionally

You must:
• Follow instructions exactly as given
• Deliver work that does not require repeated revision
• Be highly organized (no missed builds or steps)
• Communicate clearly and consistently
• Be comfortable with accountability and productivity tracking
• Demonstrate a strong contract history

Screening Test (Mandatory)

To be considered, your proposal must include:
1. The word “Structured” at the top of your proposal.
2. A 4–6 sentence explanation of how you would correct an AI system that repeatedly reverts formatting (example: text color changing back).
3. A 3–5 sentence explanation of how you determine whether to escalate an issue or solve it independently.
4. A rewritten, clearer version of this instruction:
“Make sure you only fix the problem once and don’t let it happen again.”

Proposals that are generic, fail to follow instructions, or appear copy-pasted will be rejected.
