Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a detail-obsessed AI specialist who lives and breathes large language models — someone who gets genuinely excited about squeezing every last drop of performance out of a well-crafted prompt.

You'll be working directly with us to improve, refine, and expand an existing custom GPT, then mirror and adapt that same experience to run on Claude AI. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role — we're co-creating something together, and we want a partner who cares as much about the outcome as we do.

What You'll Do

- Look at our company as a whole and assist us and integrating AI into our Team and processes to help us free up time creativity and space to support our customer more
- Audit & improve our existing custom GPT — identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to sharpen its performance
- Translate & rebuild the GPT's behavior, tone, and logic to operate natively and effectively within the Claude AI ecosystem
- Align outputs to our company voice and the specific goals of this role — every response should feel intentional and on-brand
- Rigorously self-test before delivering anything to us — we expect you to surface problems before we do
- Collaborate closely with our team to iterate, refine, and push toward the best possible product for our customers

What We're Looking For:

- Cares about user safety & experience
- Deep, hands-on fluency with both OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and AI password/email authentication platforms — not just familiarity, genuine expertise
- Strong understanding of prompt architecture, system instructions, persona design, and output conditioning
- An eye for quality — you know what "good" looks like and you won't ship something you're not proud of
- Clear communicator who can explain their decisions and invite feedback
- Self-directed and proactive — you bring ideas, not just execution

Bonus Points:

- Experience building AI tools for customer-facing applications
- Familiarity with tools like the OpenAI Playground, Anthropic Console, or similar environments
- Background in coaching, personal development, or adjacent spaces — you understand the depth of the work we do
