Talent Connect Inc. is a U.S. Department of State–designated J-1 Visa sponsor specializing in structured training programs in hospitality, culinary arts, and related fields. We support international participants, U.S. host organizations, and academic partners in building meaningful cultural exchange experiences with clear expectations, transparent fees, and strong compliance.

We are looking for an AI Automation & AI Agent Developer to help us build practical AI tools for ---------- , a platform connecting international students, graduates, employers, and educational institutions through U.S. J-1 internship and training programs.

This person will help design, build, and improve AI agents that support candidate screening, resume/profile improvement, employer-candidate matching, document checklists, customer support, content creation, and internal workflow automation. The role requires someone who can understand business processes, translate them into simple AI workflows, and build tools that improve speed, accuracy, and user experience.
J-1 Visa sponsorship is available for up to 18 months for qualified candidates interested in coming to the U.S.
