Brooklyn Bradley is a Property Development and AI solutions company specializing in building innovative tools for the real estate industry. Our mission is to improve operational efficiency, enhance workflows, and deliver high levels of accuracy and client satisfaction through cutting-edge AI technology. We're currently testing and refining our solutions for a key client, a leading real estate agency Harcourts Ulverstone and Penguin, before launching commercially to the broader real estate market.

About This Role
We're seeking an AI Specialist to join our growing team and work alongside our current Developer, Elijah. This is a full-time position covering Australian business hours, enabling us to achieve round-the-clock development and support across our automation platform. You'll be responsible for building new systems, supporting existing solutions, implementing enhancements, and resolving bugs across our diverse technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions using our core technology stack
• Build new features and systems that improve real estate workflows and efficiency
• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations
• Implement enhancements and improvements to current solutions
• Identify and resolve bugs across production and development environments
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Work seamlessly with Elijah to handoff projects and maintain continuity of development
• Take on varied project types and pivot quickly as priorities shift
• Provide technical support and guidance on implemented solutions

Required Technical Skills
• Proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong experience with Supabase (database design, queries, real-time features)
• Hands-on experience with n8n automation workflows
• Experience integrating with DocuSign and Maestro Flow
• Knowledge of Power Automate workflows
• Experience working with multiple Large Language Models across different providers
• Familiarity with hosting platforms such as Netlify and Vercel
• Experience with Eleven Labs (chat functionality) and Retell AI (voice solutions)
• Experience in setting up a Twilio SIP Number
• Understanding of how API, RestAPI, MCP and Webhooks function
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
Technical fluency across the majority of this stack is preferred. While experience with every tool is ideal, we value candidates who demonstrate strong foundational knowledge and the ability to rapidly upskill.
