BE AND BUILD THE “BRAIN” OF A $3M+ ONLINE COACHING BUSINESS

- We’ve coached 4,000+ clients and are scaling quickly and with the industry moving FAST with AI, we refuse to fall behind.

THE ROLE
- We’re hiring you to help us build the most efficient, intelligent coaching backend in the industry.
- Your job is simple: Use AI to make everything faster, smarter, and better.
- This is not a “task-based” role - This is a thinking role.
- You’ll work directly with the founder to and Heads of Departments to: Improve systems, build tools, eliminate bottlenecks, create leverage

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

> AI SYSTEMS & PROMPTS
- Build high-level prompt systems using tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Improve content production workflows (carousels, scripts, lead magnets)
- Help us generate better ideas, hooks, and messaging for our audience
- Develop reusable prompt frameworks for the team

> AUTOMATIONS & OPERATIONS
- Build and optimize automations inside GoHighLevel
- Improve lead flows, booking systems, and follow-ups
- Fix and optimize funnels quickly (landing pages, forms, automations)
- Reduce manual work across the business

> DATA & SYSTEM OPTIMISATION
- Improve how we collect, organize, and use client data
- Simplify reporting dashboards
- Help create smarter decision-making systems
- Turn messy data into clear insights

> INTERNAL TOOLS (BIG ONE)
- Help build the “Better Body Academy Brain” by Aggregating podcasts, content, frameworks, and knowledge
- Creating a system we can “ask questions to”
- Returning answers in our brand voice

> CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Improve check-in systems and client workflows
- Help us deliver faster, better assets (PDFs, guides, tools)
- Use AI to enhance — NOT replace — the human coaching experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are:
- Obsessed with AI and automation
- Always testing, building, improving
- Fast-moving and resourceful
- Able to figure things out without hand-holding

You have experience with:
- ChatGPT (advanced prompting)
- Claude (bonus if using Projects, CoWork, or Code)
- GoHighLevel (funnels + automations)
- Google Sheets / data systems
- Funnel building + optimization

Bonus if you:
- Have built AI knowledge bases or agents
- Understand online coaching / fitness businesses
- Have experience with APIs, integrations, or light coding
