AI + AUTOMATION ENGINEER (eCommerce Systems Builder)

We’re hiring a highly skilled AI and Automation Engineer to build the systems, workflows, and digital infrastructure that power our Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and multi-channel operations. If you love turning manual tasks into smooth, automated engines—this is your role.

Your Mission

Build and maintain the “automation backbone” of RSH Décor by designing workflows, integrating AI tools, and creating systems that scale our operations with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make, Zoho Flow, and GoHighLevel

Connect and optimize data between Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Google Sheets, Airtable, and internal tools

Implement AI-based systems for product listing creation, data organization, catalog expansion, and reporting

Automate tasks for inventory updates, performance tracking, and cross-platform publishing

Identify process gaps and build end-to-end systems to eliminate manual work

Tools You’ll Work With

Automation Platforms: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Zoho Flow, GoHighLevel

AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs

Data Tools: Google Sheets, Airtable, AppSheet, CSV pipelines

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in automation, no-code tools, or AI-driven operations

Proven experience building workflows in Zapier, Make, or Zoho Flow

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) is a strong plus

Strong analytical, organizational, and process-building skills

Excellent written and verbal English

Compensation & Growth

PHP 25,000 – 45,000/month, based on skill and results
