Salary: $1200 Monthly
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Flexible hours

We are looking for an AI Automation & AIOS Developer to help us build an AI-powered operating platform for an international executive search firm.

What You'll Be Doing

-Tasks may vary depending on the project, but typically include:
-Building and maintaining AI-powered workflows and automations
-Building AI research workflows for companies, markets, and candidates
-Creating AI agents and workflows using tools such as n8n and LLMs
-Setting up and maintaining knowledge bases and RAG workflows
-Working with tools such as Open WebUI, PostgreSQL, and Qdrant
-Integrating Microsoft 365 and other business tools into AI workflows
-Building workflows for candidate research, summaries, longlists, and reporting
-Helping develop Opportunity Radar and other AI-assisted research tools
-Testing AI workflows on real business assignments and improving their accuracy
-Documenting prompts, workflows, processes, and reusable AI components
-Troubleshooting and improving existing automations and AI workflows

Requirements:
-+3 year of experience building AI automations or AI-powered workflows
-Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
-Comfortable working with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
-Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation systems
-Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
-Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Good written and spoken English
-Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:
-Experience with RAG, vector databases, or knowledge bases
-Experience with Qdrant, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
-Experience with Open WebUI or similar AI interfaces
-Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, or other business systems
-Experience building AI research or business intelligence tools
-Experience working with executive search, recruitment, CRM, or business research workflows
