AI AUTOMATION & AI CLONE ENGINEER
Full-Time Remote — Philippines

$1,250–$2,000 USD/Month + Bonuses + Benefits + Technology Allowance

We are looking for **one exceptional AI builder** to join our team full-time and, ideally, stay with us for years.

**This is NOT a virtual assistant position.**

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes AI, automation, agents and emerging technology.

If you're constantly experimenting with new AI tools, building automations, figuring out how to make AI do work that normally requires people, and learning what's coming next — we want to talk to you.

## WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM TEAM MEMBER

This isn't a 3-month project.

We have **plenty of work today and a growing pipeline of AI projects for the future.**

We want to find someone exceptional, invest in them, give them great technology to work with, and build a relationship that can last **years and years.**

As our capabilities and client base grow, we want this person's responsibilities, skills and compensation to grow with us.

## YOUR FIRST MAJOR PROJECT: BUILD A COMPLETE AI CLONE

Your first major project will be helping us build a **complete, production-ready AI clone of our founder.**

Not simply a short AI-generated video.

We want a reusable system capable of generating convincing videos using his:

**Voice
Face and appearance
Speech
Lip synchronization
Natural movement
Presentation style**

Once built, we should be able to provide a newscript and generate professional AI videos without repeatedly recording the real person.

This isn't just an experiment.

We already have **5–6 clients ready for AI cloning**, and we expect this service to grow.

Your job will be to help us perfect the process and then make it repeatable for clients.

## AI CLONING IS ONLY PART OF THE JOB

We're building an AI automation company.

You'll also help create:

**AI agents
AI workflows
Business-process automations
24/7 AI workers
CRM automations
Lead-generation systems
Sales and marketing automations
Client onboarding systems
API integrations
Voice AI
AI video systems
Internal business automations**

We want someone who can look at a business problem and ask:

### "How can AI automate this?"

And then actually build it.

## TECHNOLOGY & EXPERIENCE

You don't need to know every tool below.

You DO need to be highly capable with several of them and able to learn new technology extremely quickly.

Experience with:

**OpenAI / OpenAI API
Claude / Anthropic
Gemini
OpenClaw
Hermes or comparable agent frameworks
n8n
Make
Zapier
APIs and webhooks
JSON
Python and/or JavaScript
AI agents
LLM workflows
Voice AI and voice cloning
AI avatars and video cloning
CRM automation**

Experience with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Tavus, Captions or similar technologies is valuable.

**We care much more about what you've actually built than your degree or certificates.**

## COMPENSATION

### $1,250–$2,000 USD PER MONTH

Starting compensation will depend on demonstrated skill, experience and the quality of your work.

This is a **full-time, long-term position.**

In addition to base compensation, there are opportunities for **performance and project bonuses** as we successfully deploy systems for clients.

Exceptional people who create exceptional value will have opportunities to increase their compensation and responsibilities.

### UP TO $2,000 USD HIGH-PERFORMANCE LAPTOP

We also believe AI professionals need serious equipment.

After successfully completing your **first year with the company**, we will provide or fund an **ultra-high-performance laptop valued at up to $2,000 USD** for eligible full-time employees.

And this isn't intended to be a one-time benefit.

For employees who remain with the company and continue performing at a high level, we intend to provide a **technology refresh allowance of up to $2,000 after each subsequent completed year**, subject to company policy and equipment needs.

We want our AI team working with **excellent technology — not fighting outdated computers.**

## STABILITY

One of the biggest things we can offer the right person is **work.**

We aren't hiring because we have one project that needs to be completed.

We already have AI projects underway, clients waiting, automations to build, cloning projects to complete and considerably more coming.

## PAID FINALIST CHALLENGE

We don't want to hire someone simply because they interview well.

**We want to see what you can actually build.**

Selected finalists will be offered a:

### $75 USD PAID AI CLONING CHALLENGE

We will provide approved source video and audio of our founder.

Your assignment will be to create a **usable AI video + voice clone system** within the agreed scope.

We're not looking for a 15-second trick or filter.

We're evaluating whether you understand how to create a **repeatable AI cloning system capable of producing new content.**

You choose the technology.

Be prepared to explain:

**What tools you selected and why
How the system works
What it costs to operate
Approximate cost per finished minute
How you would automate it
How you would improve quality
How you would reproduce the system for our clients**

Any third-party costs required for the challenge must be disclosed and approved before starting.
