JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are building a digital art brand focused on high-quality artwork that meets certain specifications. We need an AI Art Designer who can consistently produce polished, style-specific images—not random outputs.

This role is production-focused with clear standards and ongoing work for the right person.

Responsibilities:
Generate AI artwork (landscapes, interiors, seasonal, traditional styles)
Match specific styles (e.g., oil painting with visible brush texture, realistic lighting)
Follow exact requirements:
3840 × 2160 resolution (16:9)
No distortion or stretching
Clean composition
Refine prompts and iterate based on feedback
Deliver organized, high-quality files

Requirements:
Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools
Strong visual judgment (composition, lighting, realism)
Ability to replicate a consistent style
Attention to detail (no artifacts, warped structures, etc.)
Reliable and responsive

Pay:
$3–$4/hour depending on experience
Long-term opportunity with consistent work

To Apply:
Share 3–5 samples of AI-generated images you’ve created
List the tools you used

Selected candidates will be asked to do a paid test requiring the following:

Part 1 – Style Matching (Realism / Painterly)

Create an image based on:

Christ walking out of the tomb, backlit with warm light, wearing flowing white robes, emerging into a bright landscape.
Style should be inspired by traditional Christian painters (e.g., soft, reverent, painterly realism, similar feel to artists like Roger Loveless or Yongsung Kim).
Focus on lighting, emotion, and realism.
Composition must be 16:9.

Part 2 – Style Transformation (Same Scene, New Style)

Create the same scene, but in a completely different style:

Light, airy watercolor style
Soft edges, minimal detail, bright and uplifting tone
Emphasis on atmosphere over realism

Part 3 – Process Explanation

Briefly explain:

What tools you used
How you adjusted prompts between the two styles
Any editing or upscaling process
What We’re Evaluating
Ability to match a specific artistic style
Ability to intentionally change styles while keeping the same scene
Composition and lighting quality
Attention to detail (no distortions, clean structure)

Do NOT Apply If:
You rely on generic prompts without control
You cannot recreate a consistent look
You submit unedited or low-quality outputs

Bonus:
Experience with religious or traditional artwork
Strong understanding of painting styles (oil vs watercolor, etc.)
Experience creating artwork for print or display
