ADVERTISING VIDEO CREATIVE SPECIALIST / AI AD CREATOR

Remote | Freelance | As-Needed

$5–$25 Per Finished Video, Depending on Quality, Complexity & Expectations

I am looking for a highly creative Advertising Video Specialist who can create STUNNING short-form advertisements that capture attention, tell a compelling story, and make people remember the product or service.

THIS IS NOT A NORMAL VIDEO EDITING JOB.

I am NOT simply looking for someone to cut clips together, add subtitles, and put music underneath.

I am looking for someone who understands how to CREATE AN ADVERTISEMENT.

The goal is to make someone stop scrolling, become curious, stay until the end, remember the advertisement, and ultimately become interested in the product or service.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Videos will generally be LESS THAN 90 SECONDS.

You may be given a basic concept, product, service, or idea and expected to turn it into a creative advertisement.

You should be able to take a simple concept and turn it into something much more powerful through:

* Creative storytelling
* Strong hooks
* Interesting visual concepts
* AI-generated content
* Stock footage and images
* Original visuals
* Background music
* Sound effects
* Motion graphics
* Text and captions
* Creative transitions
* Emotional storytelling
* Strong calls to action

The advertisement should feel like something people WANT to watch, rather than something that simply tells them to buy something.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who can think:

"How can I make this person stop scrolling?"

"How can I keep them watching until the end?"

"How can I make them remember this advertisement?"

"How can I present this product or service in a way they have never seen before?"

You should be creative, imaginative, and able to think OUTSIDE THE BOX.

AI tools are absolutely welcome.

If you know how to use AI video generators, AI images, voice generation, animation tools, or other creative AI tools to produce advertisements that look professional and unique, that is a major advantage.

However, AI experience alone is NOT enough.

We care about the FINAL RESULT.

ORTHODOX JEWISH COMMUNITY CONTENT

A significant portion of our advertising projects may involve products, services, businesses, or themes connected to the ORTHODOX JEWISH COMMUNITY.

Previous experience with the Orthodox Jewish community is a PLUS, but it is NOT required.

If you are hired, however, you must be willing to LEARN and conduct appropriate research whenever a project involves this community.

You may need to understand things such as the audience, terminology, culture, values, appropriate imagery, modesty considerations, and the type of messaging that would be appropriate for the specific audience.

You do not need to already be an expert.

What matters is that you are willing to research, learn, ask questions when necessary, and create content that is accurate, respectful, and appropriate for the intended audience.

You do NOT need to use any particular software or AI platform.

Use whatever professional tools you believe will create the BEST result.

THE AUDIENCE

Our advertisements may promote many different products, services, businesses, websites, jobs, and opportunities.

Some advertisements may target the general U.S. market, while others may target specific communities, including the Orthodox Jewish community.

You should be able to adapt your creative style to different audiences and products.

CREATIVE SAMPLE COMPETITION

Inside the group, I will explain a specific advertising concept that I want created.

Interested candidates will have the opportunity to create a SHORT SAMPLE VIDEO based on that concept.

This allows me to see who can actually take an idea and turn it into a compelling advertisement.

The completed sample will be reviewed based on:

* Creativity
* Storytelling
* Attention-grabbing ability
* Viewer retention
* Visual quality
* Music and sound
* Marketing effectiveness
* Overall impact

SAMPLE PAYMENT

This is a PAID SAMPLE.

Each person who actually completes and submits the requested sample video will receive approximately $2 for the completed sample.

The sample payment is intentionally small because this is a short creative test and is NOT the regular compensation for the position.

Everyone who properly completes the requested sample will be paid for their work.

After reviewing the submissions, I expect to select approximately ONE OR TWO people to become our ongoing Advertising Video Specialists.

ONGOING COMPENSATION

The selected video specialists will generally be paid approximately:

$5–$25 PER VIDEO

The exact amount will depend on:

* Quality of the work
* Complexity of the concept
* Length of the video
* Amount of original content required
* AI or other production requirements
* Turnaround time
* Overall expectations for the project

Outstanding creators who consistently produce exceptional advertisements may receive higher compensation and more frequent projects.

IMPORTANT

This is NOT a guaranteed full-time position.

It is an ongoing FREELANCE opportunity.

Projects will be provided as needed.
