Senior Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects) – Long-Term, Full-Time Potential

Overview-
We are a fast-growing creative media company undergoing a full business restructure and expansion. We produce high-volume, high-quality short-form and long-form video content for brands, creators, and businesses across multiple industries.
We are seeking elite-level video editors in the Philippines to join our core team long-term. This is not a short-term gig. We are looking for editors who want stability, growth, and ownership within a structured, professional editing pipeline.

Only experienced editors with excellent English communication skills and a proven professional portfolio will be considered.

Core Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form video content efficiently and accurately
Execute clean, modern, fast-paced edits optimized for social media platforms
Apply advanced cuts, pacing, captions, sound design, and visual polish
Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at an advanced level
Follow creative direction, brand guidelines, and written/video instructions
Meet strict deadlines without exception
Collaborate with other editors, producers, and project leads
Problem-solve independently when files, footage, or instructions are unclear
Adapt quickly to feedback and revisions
Maintain consistent quality across high output volumes

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants who do not meet all requirements below will not be considered.
10/10 English proficiency (spoken and written)
4+ years of professional video editing experience
Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
Expert-level Adobe After Effects skills
Proven ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality
Ability to submit projects on or before deadlines
Ability to understand English creative concepts, tone, and intent
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
Willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Strong independent problem-solving ability
Reliable internet connection and professional workstation
Portfolio submission is required (best work only)

Preferred (Strong Advantages)
Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Experience working in an agency or high-output content environment
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
Experience with captions, subtitles, and social-optimized formatting
Familiarity with ---------- , Google Drive workflows, and shared project pipelines
Understanding of brand consistency and content systems
Ability to follow SOPs while improving workflows proactively
