We are looking for a highly skilled Adobe Photoshop expert with advanced-level experience in professional photo manipulation. This is NOT a beginner role and NOT for Canva users or basic graphic designers.

We need someone who can edit people and products at a professional, realistic level—the kind of work where edits are seamless, natural-looking, and indistinguishable from the original image.

REQUIRED SKILLS (ADVANCED ONLY)
You must be able to confidently and professionally perform the following:

• Place people into completely different photos or environments
• Retouch and edit faces while preserving natural likeness
• Remove, replace, or create realistic backgrounds
• Add or remove people and objects seamlessly
• Edit clothing, colors, accessories, and fine details
• Perform high-end retouching (skin, hair, lighting, shadows)
• Enhance and professionally edit product photos
• Place products into realistic lifestyle scenes
• Create high-quality composites using multiple images
• Match lighting, perspective, shadows, and color accurately
• Follow detailed instructions and reference images precisely

Resize and format images for:
• YouTube thumbnails
• Social media
• Websites
• Ads and marketing materials
• Print

STRICT REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills ONLY (Photoshop must be your primary tool)
• NO Canva-only designers
• NO basic or entry-level editors
• Must understand professional compositing and photo manipulation techniques
• Must be able to produce high-quality, realistic results consistently

PORTFOLIO (REQUIRED – NON-NEGOTIABLE)
To be considered, you MUST submit a portfolio that includes:

• Before-and-after Photoshop work
• Face and appearance editing examples
• Background removal/replacement samples
• Photo manipulation involving people
• Product editing and enhancement
• Composite images using multiple photos

Applications without a portfolio will be ignored.

IMPORTANT NOTE
We are looking for someone who can deliver top-tier, professional Photoshop work. If you cannot confidently perform realistic photo manipulation at a high level, this role is not for you.
