Job Opportunity: ADS MANAGER (Project-Based / Part-Time)
We’re hiring an Ads Manager who is obsessed with driving ROAS, lowering CPAs, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
This is a project-based role designed for the performance marketing wizard who ensures every dollar spent is maximized across our advertising ecosystem.

Your priorities are campaign architecture, aggressive A/B testing, and scaling budgets without sacrificing performance.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Phase 1: Account Architecture & Strategy Audit Perform a deep-dive audit of current ad accounts (Meta & Google Ads) to identify wasted spend and missed opportunities. Build out and organize clean campaign structures (CBO/ABO, Search/Performance Max) for testing and scaling. Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to develop fresh creative angles and targeting strategies.
Phase 2: Optimization, Testing & Scaling Launch and manage daily campaigns, closely monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPA, CPC, and ROAS. Execute rigorous A/B tests on creative assets (images/video), ad copy, and headlines to consistently beat control metrics. Scale winning campaigns efficiently without breaking algorithm learning phases or spiking acquisition costs.
Phase 3: Reporting & Creative Direction Provide weekly, data-backed reports that break down performance, highlight insights, and outline strategic next steps. Collaborate with the design/video team to provide feedback and creative direction based on what is actually converting. Monitor lead quality in GoHighLevel to ensure we aren't just driving cheap clicks, but actual qualified prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience & Capability EXPERT-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Deep experience with managing daily budgets, scaling campaigns, and navigating algorithm fluctuations. Strong direct-response copywriting skills—you know how to write hooks that grab attention and copy that converts. Familiarity with GoHighLevel to track lead quality and monitor the full funnel from click to close. Experience reading data to make swift, emotionless media buying decisions.
High attention to detail—you hate wasted ad spend and unexplained performance dips. Strong English communication skills to clearly explain strategy and performance to the wider team. A stable, high-speed internet connection (at least 150mbps).
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads. Familiarity with 3rd-party attribution tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, or SegMetrics). Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) for rapid creative iterating.
NOTE: This is a Project-Based / Part-Time role (20 hrs/week). We are looking for a specialist who can execute the initial campaign overhauls and provide ongoing, daily management as we scale.

Rather than just talking about your past experience, this allows us to see your problem-solving process, analytical logic, and how you tackle practical scaling situations in Meta/Google in real-time.
STEP 4: Reference Check This is the final step before an official offer is extended. The final candidate(s) must provide one former employer/lead reference and one character reference.
STEP 5: Project Onboarding & Trial If an offer is made and accepted, you will be onboarded as our Ads Manager to execute the initial strategy and campaign setups. This period is dedicated to ensuring a strong mutual fit—both for the technical responsibilities of the role and alignment with our core values—as we evaluate long-term scaling needs.
