JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a real estate investment professional with ADHD, currently in an active job search. I'm looking for a reliable accountability partner for live video sessions, plus some light virtual assistant work over time.

WHAT THE MAIN JOB LOOKS LIKE
- 1–2 hour video calls (Zoom or Google Meet), 3–5 days a week, during US Pacific business hours (roughly 9 AM–3 PM Pacific, which is midnight–6 AM Philippines time).
- We start each session by planning what I'll work on (often job search tasks like applications, networking outreach, and interview prep) and breaking it into a clear first step.
- Then you keep me on task with ACTIVE check-ins every 15–20 minutes. If I've drifted onto something else, you notice it and redirect me — kindly but directly.
- We end with a quick review of what got done and what's next.

IMPORTANT: Silent body doubling (just working quietly on camera) has NOT worked for me. I need someone comfortable interrupting, asking questions, and nudging me. Please only apply if that sounds like something you'd be good at.

LATER, AS WE BUILD TRUST
- Tracking job applications, follow-up dates, and next steps
- Researching companies and people ahead of interviews and networking calls
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendar invites
- Drafting follow-up emails, thank-you notes, and networking messages for my review

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Have experience supporting clients with ADHD or other neurodivergent clients (strongly preferred)
- Are consistently on time — reliability matters more than anything else in this role
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Are comfortable being direct and holding someone accountable
- Have a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet place to take calls
