We’re looking for a killer performance video editor who can turn raw footage, UGC, and AI-generated characters into high-converting ads for our fast-growing supplement brand.
This is not just a video editing role.
This is a direct response performance role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Turn raw footage, UGC, product shots, and AI-generated characters into high-converting Meta ads
Create AI-driven ads using avatars, AI characters, voice AI, and synthetic media tools
Hook fast (first 1–3 seconds), agitate the problem, present the solution, prove it works, and drive the click
Work directly with our performance team using real conversion data
Launch creatives at high volume and iterate quickly
Refresh winning angles to avoid creative fatigue
Research winning ads in the supplement and DTC space and model what works
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF
You have edited winning direct response ads for eCommerce, DTC, or supplements
You understand that editing = selling
You know how to structure ads for cold traffic
MUST BE COMFORTABLE USING AI TOOLS LIKE:

Other AI video & automation tools
