JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly confident, Experienced well-spoken, and highly motivated UK Appointment Setting Expert , Sales Representative , Lead Re-Engagement & Cold Calling Specialist to help us reconnect with old leads and cold prospects in the UK market.

This role is ideal for someone with perfect English and a clear, natural-sounding Australian/American/British accent. strong phone confidence, and the ability to turn inactive or cold leads into real business opportunities.

This is a high paying position for the well experienced and skilled only!

You will be responsible for:

-Calling previous leads, inactive clients, and cold prospects in the UK
-Rebuilding interest and identifying potential opportunities
-Asking the right questions to understand the client’s needs
-Booking appointments, follow-up calls, or warm handovers for the sales team
-Updating CRM records accurately after each call
-Following up by phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS if/where needed
-Working from scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
-Staying persistent, professional, and positive even when prospects are cold


The candidate must have:

-Excellent spoken and written English and a clear, natural-sounding Australian/American/British accent.
-Clear, confident phone communication skills
-Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or reactivation campaigns
-Ability to handle rejection professionally
-Strong attention to detail when updating notes and call outcomes
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
-Experience calling UK/US/AU customers or businesses
-Experience using CRM systems, diallers, Google Workspace, or similar tools is preferred
