JOB OVERVIEW

We're a 7-figure/month DTC brand running high-volume paid social across multiple markets. We need ONE elite short-form ad editor who can turn raw UGC and assets into scroll-stopping ads that convert. This is a high-output, performance-driven role — not for generalists or "aesthetic only" editors.
What you'll own:

Editing high-volume short-form video ads (UGC, static-to-video, hook-driven creatives) for Meta and TikTok
Cutting strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and motion that drive retention and CTR
Producing multiple ad variations fast — hook tests, angle tests, iterations on winners
Working from briefs and raw creator footage to ship ad-ready assets on tight timelines
Collaborating with the creative/media buying team to iterate based on ad performance data

Who you are:

3+ years editing short-form video specifically for PAID ADS (not just organic/social content)
You understand direct-response: hooks, retention curves, pattern interrupts, and what makes an ad actually convert
Fast, high-volume, and reliable — you ship a lot without dropping quality
Expert in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, After Effects a strong plus
You have a proven track record and can SHOW IT — ad examples, results, and ideally performance metrics. No reel, no interview.

Bonus:

Experience with FFmpeg / batch workflows or AI editing tools
Worked with DTC/e-commerce brands at scale
Understanding of Meta ad formats and specs

How to apply:
Send (1) your reel or portfolio of short-form AD work (not wedding videos or vlogs), (2) any performance proof you have — winning ads, results, or campaigns you contributed to, and (3) a short video (60–90 sec) of YOU explaining why you're an A-player for this role and walking us through one ad you've edited and why it works. The video is mandatory — it shows us you can talk hooks, pacing, and direct-response thinking, not just push buttons.

No reel + no application video = no interview. Applications without ad-specific work will be ignored.

A-players only. If you can't edit ads that convert at volume, this role isn't for you.
