GCB Doors & Windows supplies premium aluminium windows and doors to homeowners and builders across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Australia.
We’re a family business transforming into a scalable company, and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist to join our team.
This is not an entry-level job. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell, follow systems, and close deals.
You will be working with inbound warm leads only. Customers are already requesting quotes. Your job is to guide them through the process, create accurate quotes, follow up consistently, and convert them into customers.
You’ll work under a Sales Manager with proven templates, systems, and KPIs, so success in this role comes down to discipline, communication, and execution.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to inbound quote requests from Australian customers
• Conduct discovery calls to understand the customer’s project
• Prepare and send quotes using our quoting templates
• Follow up consistently to convert quotes into sales
• Keep detailed notes inside our CRM after every interaction
• Manage customers from first contact through to sale
• Hand confirmed orders to our fulfilment/customer service team
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and updating notes consistently
• Experience with sales quoting and following up quotes
• Highly organised and disciplined with systems
• Competitive mindset and motivated by performance
Bonus (Highly Valued)
• Experience in construction, building materials, windows, or doors
• Experience selling to Australian, US, or Western customers
Salary
$60,000 – $70,000 PHP per month
• Higher pay may be offered for exceptional candidates
• Sales bonus structure launching July 1 with strong earning potential
Working Hours
Aligned with Australian business hours:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Australian time
• Occasionally 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
