? A-PLAYER AI VIDEO EDITOR WANTED (Full-Time) – $1,500/month + performance bonuses up to $2,000

We are hiring 1 or more full-time video editors. Not "good" editors. A-PLAYERS ONLY.

We want the top 1%: editors who are true AI experts and who have already produced ads for MAJOR E-COMMERCE BRANDS. If that's not you, please don't apply. If it is you, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Produce a minimum of 2 to 5 finished ad videos per day
- We provide everything: scripts, briefs, product info, brand guidelines, and clear direction
- Your job is pure execution at an elite level: hooks that stop the scroll, tight pacing, and AI-generated visuals that look premium, not cheap

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- MANDATORY: proven experience editing ads for big e-commerce / DTC brands. You know what a hook is, why the first 3 seconds matter, and how a Facebook/TikTok ad is structured to convert.
- MANDATORY: you are an EXPERT in AI video tools. Not a beginner, not "learning." An expert.
- You must be able to produce videos at this exact level of quality:

- Base salary: $1,500/month
- Performance bonuses based on the results of your ads, bringing you up to $2,000/month
- Long-term, stable full-time position for the right person
