JOB OVERVIEW

[HIRING] Real Estate Cold Caller (Part-Time: Tue-Thu) – $5/hr Base + High Bonuses

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for an experienced, high-energy Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Specialist.

This is a part-time position designed around the "Golden Window" of cold calling to maximize your connectivity and prevent voice fatigue.

???? Schedule & Commitment
Total Hours: 15-20 hours per week.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only (No Mondays, no weekends!).

Shift: Approximately 5 hours per day during US daytime calling hours (EST/CST/PST depending on the list).

???? Compensation & Performance Bonuses
We believe in rewarding our team heavily for performance. For a part-time role, this structure offers incredible earning potential:

Base Pay: $5.00 per hour (Paid weekly).

Appointment Bonus: $15.00 for every scheduled property inspection that takes place.

Closing Bonus: $75.00 the moment a deal you generated becomes an established (signed) contract.

???? What You Will Be Doing
Your primary goal is to find motivation, handle objections, and act as a strict gatekeeper. You will not have to close the deals or do long, emotional rapport building.

Use a multi-line auto-dialer to call targeted real estate data.

Qualify leads using our fast "triage" process (Verify ownership, gauge motivation, determine property condition, and get a ballpark price).

Handle price-resistant sellers confidently using our "75% market value sight-unseen ceiling" scripting strategy.

Secure permission for our local property assessor to conduct a quick 15-minute physical inspection, and book the slot on our calendar.

????? Job Requirements
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience cold calling in US Real Estate Investing (REI) / Wholesaling is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional English fluency with a neutral, clear accent and natural conversational ability (no robotic script reading).

Objection Handling: Strong, thick skin. You know how to pivot when a seller pushes back on price or says no.

Tech Stack: Experience using multi-line dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, or REI Reply/GoHighLevel) and CRMs.

Setup: A reliable, quiet home office setup with a noise-canceling headset, high-speed fiber internet, and a backup power/internet solution for power outages.
