FULL TIME EXPERIENCED SALESPERSON. EASTERN TIME: 9am Eastern until 6pm Eastern

PERFECT SPOKEN ENGLISH WITN NO ACCENT & GREAT WRITING SKILLS REQUIRED.

EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON IS A HUGE PLUS...but not required.

Our clients are people, companies and brands that have products being sold in the US on Amazon. We also help people that work for or formerly worked for Amazon. We are a New York based law firm where we all work on Eastern time zone.

We seek an experienced, energetic, self-motivated salesperson WITH PERFECT ACCENT-FREE SPOKEN ENGLISH and Great English Writing Skills to learn about the services our firm provides and then train with and join our Sales Team.

Our process is as follows: people with problems with Amazon contact us online, email and by phone. We call them on the telephone and if we think we can win their case, we offer to help them. ALL OF THE WORK FOR THE CLIENTS IS DONE BY OUR PARALEGALS AND LAWYERS IN NEW YORK and FLORIDA (two states within the US).

Since the applicant will be making and receiving phone calls from Americans, we need someone without an accent. This is vital to the position.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Perfect accent-free spoken English - THIS IS REQUIRED. If your English has an accent, this position is not for you.

2 Prior Sales Experience. THIS IS REQUIRED. I am referring to salesmanship, not merely taking orders for products.

3. You MUST be located in or near Manila so that you can participate in monthly or bi-monthly in person tea ---------- etings when the pandemic is over. I intend to travel to Manilla starting in May for tea ---------- etings every 60 days. We have hired people that were able to travel to Manila for the anticipated meetings.

4. Monthly Salary paid via Payoneer. You MUST have a Payoneer account and be able to be paid at the end of each month.

5. Work on EASTERN TIME. Please do not apply unless you can work on Eastern time zone. VERY IMPORTANT - SINCE YOU WILL BE ON THE TELEPHONE THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU, YOU MUST HAVE A QUIET WORK PLACE. We have had issues where there are noises from roosters crowing in the background. When you are calling potential clients, you must have a quiet place from which to place the calls and to accept calls.

6. Great Written English. For every client that we accept, we send a written retainer agreement. You will have to edit the documents and therefore need great writing skills.

7. You own high speed internet connection & Computer. You must be able to use our VOiP phone system and participate in multiple video conferences via ---------- pensation:
1. Commensurate with Sales Experience and Spoken & Written English skills.
2. 13th Month Bonus payable one-half in June and one-half in December
3. 10 Paid Days Off per year after 6 months with the ---------- n be used 5 days, at most, 5 days at a time. The 10 days includes both sick and holiday time combined for a total of 10 days per year.
