Children’s Swimwear & Beach Lifestyle brand is looking for a results-driven social media professional passionate about turning great content into real revenue. This role goes beyond pretty posts — you’ll be a key driver of audience growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and direct sales across all our social platforms.
Main duties will consist of:
• Manage and maintain a multi-platform Content Calendar across Instagram,
• Design branded content (Stories, Reels, static posts, and platform-specific formats) in Canva
• Schedule and publish all content across platforms using Later, optimizing post timing for maximum reach and engagement
• Track and report Weekly KPIs including reach, engagement rate, click-through, and revenue attribution across all channels and campaigns
• Monitor performance data and make proactive recommendations to improve conversion and ROI
Possible expansion of duties could consist of:
• Design
• Design and A/B test lead-generating paid social ads across
• Assist with Influencer research, outreach, and campaign execution tied to measurable sales goals
• Engage with questions and comments across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and recommend new social channel opportunities based on audience data and trends
Bonus:
• Design branded animated posts and
• Video editing and creation of short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, paid social ads)
Revenue impact matters here just as much as aesthetics — we’re looking for someone who tracks what’s working and optimizes for results, not just likes.
