????? YOUR ROLE (HIGH-LEVEL)

You will function as an Ops-First Right Hand, owning execution across:

Calendar & priority management

Project management and delivery

SOP creation and optimization

Social media operations (execution, not strategy)

Content curation and scheduling

Inbox and communication triage

Light GoHighLevel work (“GHL-lite”)

Coordination with specialists when needed

Your job is to make sure everything happens cleanly, on time, and without friction.

???? SOCIAL + CANVA (EXECUTIONAL)

You are expected to be:

Comfortable using Canva daily

Able to create clean, on-brand:

Quote graphics

Carousels

Thumbnails

Simple video covers

Confident managing posting and scheduling workflows

This is executional excellence, not influencer creativity.

$1,000/month during training

Scales up to $4,500/month based on:

Performance

Ownership

KPIs

Scope expansion

We are flexible on final compensation for the right person.
