JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are hiring a high-energy cold caller who’s consistent, coachable, and laser-focused. You will be calling homeowners in the U.S. and using proven scripts to ask if they’re open to selling. This is not a closing role — your job is to start the conversation and pass leads to our team.

Responsibilities:
Call U.S. homeowners using our dialer
Follow a proven script to qualify seller motivation
Accurately tag leads and input notes into our CRM
Show up on time, daily, with a high-volume mindset
Deliver at least 5 quality conversations per shift

Requirements:
ATLEAST 2 YRS Outbound REAL ESTATE wholesale cold calling experience
Fluent English with neutral or American accent
Reliable internet and quiet home office setup
Able to work U.S. hours (CST or EST preferred)
Hubstaff or similar time-tracking tool required
Coachable, quick to learn, and consistently reliable

Compensation:
$4/hour base rate
$250 commission per closed deal (lead must be sourced by you)
Bonuses for qualified leads and performance
Paid biweekly or monthly via Wise or PayPal
