Job Title: Part-Time Lead Manager / Follow-Up/CRM Specialist (REsimpli Experience REQUIRED)
Type: Remote – Part ---------- (Start with 20-40 hours/week)
Pay: $4/hour base + Commission per sourced/closed deal
Company: U.S.-Based Real Estate Investment Firm/Wholesale Company

Job Description:
We are looking for a consistent, highly reliable, and organized Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to manage seller leads inside REsimpli CRM.

You do NOT need to close deals — just follow up, qualify, and escalate the leads to our closers.

Responsibilities:
Follow up daily with leads using REsimpli
Use our scripts to ask qualifying questions
Keep CRM organized, tagged, and updated
Identify hot/warm leads and escalate to the team
Communicate clearly with fast responses

Requirements:
Experience using REsimpli CRM (REQUIRED)
1+ year experience in real estate or wholesaling type business
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented and very organized
Quiet home setup with strong internet connection
Must use time-tracking tools like Hubstaff

Compensation Structure:
$4/hour base pay (20 hours/week)
$100 per sourced/closed deal
$150 per deal after 3+ in a month
$200 per deal after 5+ in a month
Paid via Wise, PayPal, or preferred method (bi-weekly or monthly)
