JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Collection Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Rate: $4/hour + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Collection Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to complete at least 250 outbound calls per day.

Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls daily

Contact customers via phone and take inbound calls from the dialer system

Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments

Update account records accurately in the system

Maintain compliance with company policies and collection regulations

Meet or exceed monthly collection targets

Requirements:

-Proven experience in 3rd party collections (preferred)

-Ability to handle high call volume (250+ calls/day)

-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work independently in a remote setup

-Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

-Experience with dialers
