We are not looking for basic 3D renders or simple animations.
We are looking for someone who can create high-end, photorealistic renderings AND cinematic video walkthroughs that look as close to real life as possible.
If your work looks “3D” or unrealistic, this role is not a fit.

About Us
Cardosa Development is a construction and real estate development company based in Tampa, Florida. We build custom homes and residential projects and need high-quality visuals for marketing, investor presentations, and design planning.

About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Artist who can bring our homes to life through:
- Photorealistic images
- Cinematic video walkthroughs
Your work will be used for:
- Marketing & social media
- Investor presentations
- Pre-construction visualization
- Accuracy + realism are extremely important.

Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic exterior and interior renderings
- Produce high-quality video walkthroughs / animations
- Work from architectural plans, elevations, and references
- Accurately model homes based on provided drawings
- Apply realistic lighting, materials, and textures
- Match real-life finishes (stone, wood, metals, etc.)
- Add camera movement, lighting effects, and realistic environments
- Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements
- Strong portfolio of photorealistic architectural renderings AND videos
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans
- High attention to detail
- Ability to match real-world materials and lighting
- Experience creating smooth, cinematic animations
- Strong communication and ability to follow direction

Software (Must Be Experienced With)
- 3ds Max + V-Ray / Corona
- SketchUp + V-Ray (if high-end results)
- Lumion / Twinmotion (only if photorealistic)
- Blender (advanced users)
- Unreal Engine (huge plus for cinematic quality)
- Photoshop / After Effects / Premiere Pro (for post-production)
- Experience with luxury residential homes
- Experience working with US builders or developers
- Drone-style animation or cinematic shots
- Exterior landscaping realism

Compensation
- Per project or hourly (based on experience)
- Ongoing work available for the right candidate
