JOB OVERVIEW

Role summary
We’re looking for a 3D Designer to create high-end product visuals, animations, and brand assets across packaging, marketing campaigns, social media, and e-commerce.

You’ll turn product concepts, packaging designs, and CAD files into photorealistic renders and motion assets that bring products and ideas to life. You should also be comfortable using emerging AI tools to accelerate concept development and creative production.

Key responsibilities
- Product rendering
- Create photorealistic renders of products and packaging
- Set up lighting, materials, and environments for hero imagery
- Produce assets for web, advertising, social media, and presentations

Animation & motion
- Create short product animations and motion assets
- Develop camera moves, product interactions, and transitions
- Produce social-first motion content where required

Concept visualisation
- Turn early product concepts into compelling 3D visuals
- Work from sketches, CAD files, or flat artwork
- Help teams visualise ideas before production

AI-assisted creative workflows
- Use AI tools to support ideation, concept generation, and visual development
- Integrate AI-generated assets into 3D pipelines where appropriate
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools that enhance speed and creative output

Brand consistency
Maintain consistent lighting, materials, and visual style across projects
Build reusable 3D templates and scenes for efficiency

Workflow optimisation
Improve rendering and production workflows
Maintain organised 3D asset libraries
Explore new tools and techniques to improve output

Skills & experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic product renders
Experience with tools such as:
- Cinema4D
- Blender
- 3ds Max
- Maya
- Solid understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and product visualisation

Bonus
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- After Effects or Photoshop
- Simulation experience (liquid, particles, cloth)
- Experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g. image generation, concept development, workflow acceleration)
- AR or interactive 3D

Personal traits
- Strong attention to detail
- Good visual taste and design sensibility
- Ability to work quickly and iterate on ideas
- Comfortable working across multiple projects
- Curious about new creative technologies and workflows
