JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a Blender wizard who can turn a script and a voiceover into a cinematic visual experience? Do you thrive on tight deadlines and have a workflow optimized for speed without sacrificing quality? If so, we want to talk to you.

We are looking for a high-level 3D Render/Blender Expert to join our production pipeline for a fast-growing YouTube channel. We provide the vision; you provide the technical magic.

The Role
You will be responsible for creating full 3D environments and animations for YouTube videos ranging from 10 to 20 minutes in length.

Visual Style: We are looking for a visual aesthetic and storytelling quality similar to the Fern YouTube channel. You should be comfortable creating immersive, atmospheric scenes that help drive a complex narrative.

We Provide: The voiceover (VO), a detailed storyboard/explanation of the scenes, and the creative direction.

You Provide: Scene assembly, lighting, animation, and final rendering within Blender.

The Goal: High-quality, engaging 3D visuals that keep viewers hooked.

Requirements
Blender Mastery: Absolute proficiency in Blender is a must. You should know every shortcut and trick to speed up the rendering process (Eevee vs. Cycles optimization, etc.).

Speed & Reliability: We work on a tight production schedule. You must be able to hit deadlines consistently.

Visual Storytelling: An eye for composition, lighting, and camera movement that complements a narrative.

Communication: Ability to take direction well and iterate quickly based on feedback.
