JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented 3D Modeler and Rendering Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to create highly detailed 3D models and professional-grade SketchUp renderings for various projects. We need someone who can translate conceptual ideas into realistic, polished visual assets with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate 3D models based on architectural plans, sketches, or project requirements.

Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings using SketchUp and specialized rendering plugins.

Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to 3D scenes.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with the project.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in SketchUp is essential.

Strong experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar).

A solid portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling skills and high-end rendering capabilities.

Keen eye for detail, lighting, and spatial composition.

Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple iterations based on feedback.
