JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented 3D Designer experienced in Blender to create custom 3D designs for physical products. You will be responsible for designing models from scratch or based on reference images. We will use these for our product development and for our 3D printing. This position is part-time and pays hourly. We pay our staff on a weekly basis.

This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas or images into accurate, production-ready 3D models.

You will:
- Create custom 3D models in Blender from scratch based on written instructions or concepts
- Recreate existing designs from reference images or sketches
- Modify and revise designs based on feedback
- Ensure designs are suitable for product development and mold-making
- Deliver clean, well-organized Blender files

Requirements:
- An understanding of 3D printing and making sure models are print-ready and production-ready
- Experience with product design, manufacturing, or mold-ready models
