About Us

We are a full-service e-commerce creative agency working with brands across North America, Europe, and beyond. We produce branding, packaging, web design, and high-end product visuals for DTC brands in wellness, fragrance, skincare, and food. Our visual bar is very high — our clients expect renders that look like premium product photography.

The Role

We're looking for a talented 3D Designer who can handle multiple projects per month and deliver consistent, high-quality work across:

3D Modeling — accurate product modeling from photos, dielines, or sketches (bottles, jars, pouches, boxes, supplements, cosmetics, etc.)
Texturing & Shading — realistic materials: glass, plastic, metal, matte/gloss labels, liquids, powders
Photorealistic Renders — hero shots, packshots, lifestyle compositions with studio-quality lighting
Environments & Scenes — building full 3D environments and product staging (podiums, nature scenes, kitchens, bathrooms, abstract sets)
3D Animation / Video — product turntables, camera fly-throughs, liquid/particle simulations, short ad-ready product videos
AI-Assisted Workflows — we fully embrace AI (image generation, upscaling, background creation, video tools). You can mix 3D and AI freely — as long as the final result is clean, consistent, and high quality

Important: Attention to Detail

We know the difference between a real 3D render and a lazy AI output. We can spot warped text, melted logos, inconsistent reflections, and fake-looking labels instantly. If you use AI, it must be integrated professionally — correct branding, correct proportions, sharp typography, believable lighting. Quality is non-negotiable.

Requirements

Strong portfolio showing product renders, environments, AND at least one 3D animation/video
Proficiency in at least one main 3D software: Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max
Render engine experience: Cycles, Octane, Redshift, Corona, or similar
Bonus: experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Flux, etc.)
Bonus: compositing/post skills (Photoshop, After Effects)
Able to handle several projects per month with reliable turnaround times
Good communication in English, responsive on Slack/WhatsApp
Able to take feedback and do revisions without ego
