**3D Concept Designer Trade Centre of Excellence**

Location Remote Philippines
Hours Flexible
Engagement Project based to start with long term work available
Pay Based on experience and quality of work

We are building a Trade Centre of Excellence and need a high level 3D Concept Designer to bring the vision to life.

This is not a drafting role.

You will take high level ideas and turn them into exciting realistic 3D environments used to pitch investors JV partners and future students.

Your work must feel alive premium and future focused.

**What You Will Be Designing**

External environments including
• Trade training zones
• Traffic control simulations
• Excavator and machinery training areas
• Carpentry and building simulations
• Realistic outdoor training environments
• A modern professional campus feel

Internal environments including
• Modern classrooms
• Trade training rooms
• Serviced offices
• Shared learning spaces
• High quality education interiors

The goal is simple
People should look at the visuals and want to be involved

**Who This Is For**

You are someone who
• Is very strong in 3D concepts and visualisation
• Thinks creatively and independently
• Can work with limited information
• Fills in gaps with smart design decisions
• Enjoys refining and improving concepts
• Takes ownership of your work
• Thinks like a designer not a technician

This is not for someone who
• Needs everything spoon fed
• Gets stuck without perfect inputs
• Only follows instructions
• Produces flat or lifeless visuals

**Required Skills**

• Strong 3D modelling and rendering experience
• Experience with architectural or environment concepts
• Ability to create high quality visuals and walkthrough style scenes
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication
• Comfortable with feedback and iteration

Software experience may include
SketchUp Blender 3ds Max Lumion Twinmotion Unreal Engine or similar
