Role Overview
We're looking for a 3D Artist / Visualizer to turn our design concepts into stunning, presentation-ready images that showcase the full potential of each space. Speed and photorealistic quality are both essential here: you're creating the first impression of spaces that don't exist yet, and we want that first impression to genuinely delight the people who see it. You'll work closely with our 3D Artist team and our Design team, taking SketchUp models, concept mood boards, and real furniture specs, and turning them into final images that hold up against real product photography. Strong Photoshop finishing skills are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Rendering and Visualization: Work from SketchUp scenes, set up lighting, materials, and cameras based on concept mood boards (lighting, ambience, colors, textures), and produce fast raw renders in Vantage or your render engine of choice.
• Post-Production: Take raw renders to final 4K images in Photoshop: lighting and color balance, material realism, detail enhancement, and entourage, so every image reads as photography, not CG.
• AI-Assisted Enhancement, With Control: Use current AI tools (upscaling, enhancement, generative edits) to reach realism fast, while keeping furniture, materials, and architecture true to the design. Catch and fix AI hallucinations before anything leaves your desk, and keep every view of the same space consistent.
• Accuracy to Spec: Make sure furniture and finishes in the final images match the real products: proportions, fabrics, wood grain, metal finishes. Adjust or model pieces when needed. • Team Collaboration: Stay in sync with the 3D Artist team and Design team across concurrent projects, keep assets organized, and flag workflow improvements as you spot them.

What You Bring
• 4+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization or a related field required, not including school projects, internships, or coursework.
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic interior visualization, ideally with raw vs. final comparisons (please include portfolio link in your cover letter)
• Proven, hands-on skill across the workflow above: SketchUp, a render engine of your choice, and advanced Photoshop finishing
• A real, current AI-assisted workflow, with a clear method for keeping output accurate
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
• Bonus: experience with 3ds Max/Corona and/or furniture modeling from scratch to exact product spec

Minimum PC Requirements
This is a remote role, and you'll work on your own computer. Our pipeline uses GPU real time ray tracing render engine and AI tools, so your setup needs to meet at least the following:
• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
• Graphics Card (most important): NVIDIA RTX GPU with at least 12 GB VRAM (e.g., RTX 3060 12GB). RTX 4070 or better preferred
• Processor: Intel Core i7 (recent generation) or better
• Memory (RAM): 32 GB minimum, 64 GB preferred
• Storage: 1 TB SSD (NVMe preferred)
• Monitor: Color-accurate display, 1440p or higher; calibrated to sRGB preferred
• Internet: Stable connection of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot)
• Power backup: UPS recommended, so work isn't lost during outages
• Calls: Working webcam and headset/mic for team calls and screen-sharing
