Summary
We're looking for a 3D Artist & GenAI Video Creator to join our team on ongoing projects. You'll be building 3D scenes and characters and creating cinematic AI-generated video that maintains character and location consistency across shots and sequences. This role sits at the intersection of traditional 3D production and modern generative AI workflows.
What you'll do
You'll receive scene notes, reference images (or be tasked with modeling/generating them), and creative direction from our team, then execute on shots and sequences using a mix of 3D tools and AI video models. This is a task-driven role — you'll need to follow direction closely, manage your own time, and deliver daily updates on progress. You'll collaborate with editors and other tea
What we expect
- Build 3D models, scenes, and character assets that anchor consistency across AI-generated coverage
- Follow creative briefs and scene notes to produce shots that match the vision
- Self-manage your workload and proactively flag blockers or questions
- Deliver daily progress updates — we move fast and need to stay in sync
- Problem-solve when outputs aren't working and iterate quickly
- Hold a high taste bar for realistic, cinematic shots
- Collaborate well across the production pipeline
Requirements
- Strong 3D modeling and scene-building skills, ideally in Blender or Unreal Engine (share examples)
- Proven experience creating cinematic AI video with consistent characters and locations (share your reel or examples)
- Expert-level proficiency with Nano Banana Pro, Kling, Veo, and ByteDance models (Seedance, etc.), plus the ability to pick up new models quickly as they release
- Solid understanding of cinematography terminology and shot design — you should know how to plan coverage for a scene (wide establishing shots, mediums, close-ups, inserts, over-the-shoulders, etc.) and communicate in standard production language
- Ability to write (or generate) effective prompts that translate creative direction into polished output, and to work effectively with reference images
- Responsive, professional communication
Nice to have
- Experience with ComfyUI or other node-based workflows
- Character training / LoRA techniques
- Gaussian splat capture or photogrammetry experience
To apply
Fill out the application form:
In your application, include: examples of your 3D and AI video work (especially shots demonstrating character/location consistency), a brief note on your experience with the tools listed above, and your availability.
Applications outside the form will not be reviewed. We're looking to start someone quickly on active projects.
