JOB OVERVIEW

3D Artist (Blender Specialist) – Full-Time | Remote | AU$1,200/month

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled 3D Artist who specializes in Blender to join our growing Australian team full-time. You’ll be creating high-quality product animations, technical visualisations, and large-scale architectural and infrastructure animations for a range of industries — from property and construction to mining, manufacturing, and technology.

This is a remote position based in the Philippines, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PH/WST time). You’ll be collaborating with our Australian design and development teams in real-time.

What You’ll Do

- Create photo-realistic 3D product and technical animations using Blender.
- Develop architectural and infrastructure visualisations, including complex environment and asset builds.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to deliver projects to spec, on time, and on brand.
- Optimise 3D assets for animation and real-time environments (Unity/Unreal/WebGL).
- Manage render pipelines and ensure smooth post-production workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Blender tools, plug-ins, and animation techniques.
- Key framing complex animations with multiple moving parts and cycles render management
- Knowledge of Blender environment creation with geo-scatter, terrains, and sculpting
- Particle and water (physics) simulation knowledge

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years professional experience as a 3D Artist, Animator, or Visualiser.
- Expert-level proficiency in Blender — modelling, lighting, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, and rendering.
- Proven experience creating technical product animations and architectural visualisations.
- Strong understanding of camera work, storytelling, and composition for animation.
- Experience with render engines such as Cycles or Eevee.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Bonus Points For:

- Experience with Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
- Understanding of engineering or architectural CAD data.
- Knowledge of video editing or compositing tools (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc).

The Details

- Location: Remote (Philippines)
- Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Philippines/Western Australia time)
- Salary: AU$2,000 per month
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Start Date: Immediate
