JOB OVERVIEW

Solid Visual is a premium 3D architectural visualization studio working for real estate developers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our renders don't just look good, they sell projects. We're growing and looking for a skilled 3D artist to become a core part of our production team.

What you'll do:

- Produce photorealistic exterior and interior renders for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Build and detail 3D models from architectural drawings (DWG/PDF)
- Deliver complete, consistent image packages: same building, same materials, same light logic, every angle
- Handle revision rounds based on client feedback
- Communicate proactively about progress, questions, and blockers

Requirements:

- Strong portfolio in architectural visualization using mentioned software (exteriors AND interiors)
- 3Ds max + Corona proficiency and SketchUp and D5 Render proficiency is a must
- Able to read architectural drawings and work accurately to scale
- Excellent written English and fast, clear communication
- Available with fixed overlap hours with CET (Central European Time) for feedback moments
- Reliable internet and a machine that can handle production rendering
- Deadline discipline: typical project turnaround is ~2 weeks including revisions
