JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring for Miles Motivation, a YouTube channel creating emotional 3D Shorts about athletes, underdogs, sacrifice and incredible comebacks.

The Role
? Create 30–50 second 3D Shorts
⚙️ Handle character animation, environments, lighting and rendering in Blender
? Work from completed scripts, voiceovers and storyboards
? Produce at least 6 videos per month
You Should Have
✔ Strong Blender and character-animation skills
✔ Great storytelling, pacing and composition
✔ Ability to show emotion through animation
✔ Reliable communication and delivery
