Base $1,000 (USD) + 30% profit share + a route to equity

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a 360 recruitment consultant job with a difference: you run the full desk, winning employer clients and filling their roles, and you build and lead a specialist recruitment business for UK or US employers, with a guaranteed salary, funded delivery support, profit participation and a route to owning a share of it.

You already know how a recruitment desk makes money. You have won employer clients, filled their vacancies and collected the fees, inside someone else's agency or RPO. What you have not had is the backing to do it for yourself. That is what we provide.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Arkscale Ventures sets up and runs everything behind the desk: the company (UK, US or UAE), banking and invoicing, finance, contracts and terms of business, brand and website, CRM and job board access, sourcing support, and the back office. You win the clients and make the placements.

WHAT YOU GET
- Base salary: $1,000 a month in USD, depending on experience, paid from day one.
- Profit share: 30% of the business's profit, paid monthly on collected fees.
- What that looks like: two placements a month at £6,000 each is roughly £6,000 profit after costs, of which about £1,800 is yours on top of your base.
- Equity: a path to a shareholding in the agency once it reaches agreed profit targets.
- Sourcing support, tools and a working back office from day one.

WHO YOU ARE
- You are a genuine 360 recruiter: you have personally won new employer clients in the last 12 months and filled the roles yourself, not only worked vacancies handed to you.
- You have made placements for UK, US or UAE employers and know the fee structures, rebate terms and payment realities.
- You have a niche in mind: an industry or role type where you know the employers and the candidates.
- You are comfortable with cold outreach to hiring managers and running your own desk.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Available to work UK or US business hours.

WHAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
Your current or former employer's client lists, candidate databases or confidential information. We are backing your skill and judgement, not someone else's data.

2. A short paid assessment: your proposed niche, its economics and your plan to win the first three clients. Your plan, not unpaid prospecting for us.
3. A 30 minute call.
4. Reference checks, then a contract.
