What You'll Do
You will own
This is a fast-paced environment. Campaigns often need to be built, launched, and optimised on tight turnarounds — sometimes same day. You need to move quickly without compromising quality. If you need three days to launch a simple campaign, this is not the right fit.
Build, launch, and optimise Meta
Run multiple funnel types: lead forms, website and landing page traffic, low-ticket front-end offers, direct-to-high-ticket offers, local service lead generation, event and nightclub promotion
Run event-specific campaigns: ticket sales, guestlist builds, event awareness, last-minute promo pushes, weekly recurring events
Create and test UGC-style, video, and static ad creatives (working with our design team for production assets)
Continuously improve lead quality, not just CPL
Test hooks, offers, creatives, and funnel structures
Manage TOF / MOF / BOF campaign structures
Proactively refresh ads (fatigue, seasons, new promos)
Respond quickly when campaigns need changes — you do not sit on underperforming ads
Collaborate with our CRM and automation team to ensure leads are being followed up and qualified properly
Report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what you are changing — no vanity metrics
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience running
Proven experience running
Experience with both lead form ads and website/landing page traffic
Experience running:
Local service lead generation
Low-ticket escalation funnels
Direct-to-high-ticket offers
Event ticket sales and guestlist campaigns
Strong understanding of lead quality and intent — you know the difference between a cheap lead and a booked job
Ability to analyse performance beyond CPL (CTR, CVR, booking rate, lead-to-sale quality)
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Ability to work fast under pressure — events do not wait, promos drop with short notice, and you need to execute quickly without cutting corners
A proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what to fix

Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
Understanding of lead qualification, follow-up logic, and speed-to-lead
Experience creating ad creatives in Canva or directing a designer with clear briefs
Loom walkthroughs of past campaigns
Experience with Google Ads (we run both — there may be opportunity to expand your role)
Sales or customer service background
