LinkedIn & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote – Philippines)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive LinkedIn & Lead Generation Specialist to support outreach and pipeline development for a senior executive in the employee benefits and healthcare consulting space.
This role is responsible for managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound messaging, and lead generation campaigns targeting CFOs, HR leaders, and executives.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and build targeted prospect lists (CFOs, HR, tribal leaders, healthcare executives)
• Execute daily LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging sequences)
• Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets / CRM
• Research companies using Form 5500 data, LinkedIn, and online sources
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar coordination
• Monitor response rates and optimize messaging for better performance
• Assist with light

Daily / Weekly Expectations
• 50–100 new connection requests per day
• 20–40 follow-up messages per day
• 5–15 qualified conversations per week
• Weekly reporting on:
• Connections made
• Responses
• Meetings booked

Required Skills
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent written English (professional, conversational tone)
• Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and hitting daily activity targets

Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting US-based executives or sales teams
• Background in insurance, healthcare, or financial services (plus but not required)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel)
