Job Overview
We own 3 Airbnb's and are seeking a highly skilled Airbnb Revenue Manager & Virtual Assistant to maximize revenue, optimize pricing, and scale our listings across multiple platforms.
Your Mission
Increase revenue, occupancy, and booking performance across our Airbnb portfolio using data-driven pricing strategies and platform optimization.
Responsibilities
Revenue Management
- Manage and optimize pricing using PriceLabs
- Adjust pricing based on demand, seasonality, and local events
- Optimize minimum stay rules, gap nights, and last-minute pricing
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- review reports from prior months and years to grow revenue
Platform Management
- Manage listings on Airbnb
- Optimize titles, descriptions, photos, and SEO
- Improve conversion rates and booking performance
- Manage reviews and guest experience (automation)
-respond to guest questions and needs.
Systems & Automation
- Operate and optimize Hospitable
- Automate guest messaging, reviews, and workflows
- Ensure calendar and pricing sync across platforms
Scaling & Growth
- Assist in building and managing a direct booking website
- Help implement upsells and revenue strategies
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven experience with PriceLabs (expert level)
- Experience managing Airbnb listings end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR
- Experience with Hospitable
- Experience scaling listings across multiple platforms
- Strong English communication skills
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Experience building direct booking websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
- Knowledge of Stripe or payment integrations
- Experience with Google Vacation Rentals
- Marketing knowledge (SEO, listing optimization, pricing psychology)
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Increase revenue per property
- Improve occupancy and booking consistency
- Optimize pricing strategy across all listings
- Successfully launch listings on new platforms
- Assist in building direct booking channel
Compensation
- $5–$8/hour (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses based on revenue growth
- Long-term opportunity with growth potential
Schedule
- 5 hours a week
- Must be responsive during U.S. business hours
