JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented video creator to produce simple 2D explainer videos with voiceovers for internal team training. They need to be e-learning/instructional style videos from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

These are not marketing or YouTube videos — they are used to train our team on processes and systems. We are building our internal training academy so there are a lot of videos to be created in batches.

We need fast turn around times and someone with very good English. This is a long-term part time opportunity with consistent work.

We will provide:
- full scripts
- clear structure
- step-by-step guidance

Your role is to:

???? turn the content into clean, professional videos

What You’ll Be Creating:
- Training videos
- 2D animation instructional style videos (icons, shapes, text)
- Process-based explainer content
- Clear, easy-to-follow visuals

Example topics:
- operational workflows
- property management processes
- internal systems
- Style We Want
- Clean and minimal (not flashy)
- Professional (not cartoon or entertainment style)
- Easy to understand in one watch
- Focus on clarity, not creativity

Your Responsibilities
- Turn scripts into structured explainer videos
- Follow provided instructions and storyboard direction
- Keep visuals clean and consistent
- Add subtitles/captions
- Deliver videos on time

Requirements
- Experience creating 2D explainer or training videos for corporate/staff training modules - not 'viral, social media content'
- Ability to create/work with AI generated voiceovers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions exactly
- Good communication
- Reliable and consistent

Important
We are not looking for:
- YouTube-style editors
- viral or flashy animations
- overly creative storytelling

We are looking for someone who can:

HOURS: To be discussed. We are looking for at least 30 videos to be created in 2 weeks.
