About The Project
We are building a long-term YouTube channel called The Spark, focused on midlife wellness and metabolic health using simple, engaging 2D animation.

Our goal is to create content that is clear, relatable, emotionally engaging, and easy to understand. The format blends storytelling with education to simplify complex wellness topics.

We are inspired by channels like Psych2Go, Animahoney and Dr Eric Berg but with a more grounded, focused approach. Please review Animahoney and Psych2Go on YouTube before you apply.
This is not a short-term project. We are building a long-ter ---------- dia brand and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
• Animate 5-7 videos per month
• Each video will be 8 to 9 minutes long
• Work from ready-made scripts and voiceovers
• Create simple 2D animations (not complex or studio-level animation)
• Ensure strong pacing, clarity, and visual consistency across all videos

What We’re Looking For
You must be reliable, consistent, and skilled in simple animation.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Animate or similar tools
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and scene composition
• Ability to create smooth, simple motion
• Ability to follow a defined visual style and maintain consistency
• Good communication and responsiveness
• Organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
