About Us
We are a company specializing in fleet vehicle wraps, commercial vehicle wraps, and business signage. We help companies promote their business by turning their vehicles and storefronts into powerful marketing tools.
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can help us find businesses with multiple vehicles and connect us with decision makers who may be interested in vehicle wraps or business signage.
Your Main Goal
Identify potential B2B clients and start conversations that lead to scheduled appointments with our team.
Responsibilities
• Research companies with vehicle fleets (plumbing, HVAC, construction, landscaping, delivery companies, etc.)
• Build targeted lead lists using tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Find business owners or decision makers
• Send outreach messages through LinkedIn,
• Start conversations and qualify prospects
• Schedule calls or meetings with interested businesses
• Track leads and conversations in Google Sheets or CRM
Daily Tasks
• Find new potential clients
• Send outreach messages
• Follow up with prospects
• Track responses and schedule meetings
Requirements
• Experience with lead generation or B2B outreach
• Good written English communication
• Familiar with LinkedIn and online research
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience using lead tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus
• Appointment setting experience is a plus
