Facebook
Advertising Budget: $10 Per Day for 30 Days ($300 Total)

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Mikey Adventures Travel by Cruise Planners is expanding our group travel and charter division. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven contractor who specializes in GoHighLevel website development, Facebook advertising, CRM automation, and qualified lead generation.

Our existing website, ---------- , is already developed and needs improvements, additional travel services, and stronger lead-generation capabilities.

Our primary goal is to attract organizations planning group travel for 200 or more guests.

We specialize in:

1. Private cruise charters and large group cruises
2. Full-ship charters and partial-ship charters
3. All-inclusive resorts and exclusive resort buyouts
4. Customized international land packages and guided tours
5. Corporate retreats and employee incentive programs
6. Conferences, professional associations, and organizations
7. Special events, themed cruises, and private group experiences

We want to reach serious group organizers, corporate decision-makers, business owners, event planners, and organizations with the authority and financial resources to move forward with large travel bookings.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & GOHIGHLEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct a detailed review of ---------- and identify opportunities to improve the website's design, messaging, user experience, and lead generation.

2. Update the homepage to position our company as a specialist in group travel for 200 or more guests.

3. Expand our website beyond cruise charters to prominently feature all-inclusive resorts, resort buyouts, and customized international land packages.

4. Create engaging, professional, and exciting website content that encourages visitors to request group travel proposals.

5. Improve website navigation, page layouts, mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and conversion opportunities.

6. Develop or optimize dedicated landing pages for cruise charters, all-inclusive resorts, and international land packages.

7. Create professional group travel inquiry forms that collect the following information:

- Contact name
- Company or organization
- Email address and phone number
- Preferred travel experience
- Estimated number of travelers
- Preferred destination
- Estimated travel dates
- Estimated budget per person
- Decision-making authority
- Additional group requirements

8. Integrate all website inquiry forms directly into GoHighLevel CRM.

9. Create organized CRM pipelines to track new inquiries, qualified prospects, consultations, proposals, deposits, and confirmed bookings.

10. Develop professional automated email and SMS follow-up sequences.

11. Configure internal notifications when qualified group travel inquiries are received.

12. Implement conversion tracking and ensure every inquiry can be properly monitored.

13. Test all website forms, automations, notifications, and mobile functionality before launch.

14. Make necessary revisions based on our feedback. All changes require our final approval before publication.

SPECIAL LAUNCH PROMOTION – FIRST 5 QUALIFYING CLIENTS

We are introducing a limited promotional offer to attract our first five qualifying large-group travel contracts.

Our agency planning/service fee will be waived for the first five qualifying group bookings involving 200 or more travelers.

Promotion Requirements:

1. The group must consist of at least 200 travelers.

2. The client must sign the required group travel agreement.

3. The required booking deposit must be received within 14 calendar days of the written group proposal being issued.

4. If the required deposit is not received within 14 calendar days, the promotional service fee waiver expires, and our standard agency planning/service fees will apply as disclosed in the agreement.

5. Extensions may be granted only with written approval from our agency.

6. The promotion applies exclusively to our agency planning/service fees. Travel costs, supplier fees, booking deposits, and other applicable charges are not waived.

7. The promotion is limited to the first five qualifying group bookings.

The contractor must professionally integrate this promotional offer throughout the website, landing pages, Facebook advertising campaigns, and applicable automated communications.

GOHIGHLEVEL PROMOTIONAL AUTOMATION

The contractor must configure a workflow to track the promotional eligibility and deposit deadline.

Day 0: Issue the written proposal and begin the 14-day promotional deadline.

Day 5: Automated follow-up reminder.

Day 10: Reminder that four days remain to qualify for the promotional waiver.

Day 13: Final reminder that the promotional deadline is approaching.

Day 14: Promotional eligibility expires if the required deposit has not been received and no extension has been approved.

The automation must stop deposit reminders once payment has been confirmed.

The system should also track the number of promotional offers claimed, with a maximum of five qualifying bookings.

FACEBOOK
ADVERTISING RESPONSIBILITIES

We are allocating $10 per day for 30 days, totaling $ ---------- in Facebook advertising spend.

The contractor must develop a focused lead-generation strategy designed to attract qualified organizations planning travel for 200 or more guests.

Responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify appropriate Facebook advertising audiences, particularly corporate event planners, association leaders, business owners, event organizers, and organizational decision-makers.

2. Develop a campaign strategy specifically for large-group travel rather than individual vacation bookings.

3. Create professional and engaging advertising graphics, headlines, and copy.

4. Promote our cruise charters, all-inclusive resorts, and customized international land packages.

5. Incorporate our first-five-clients service fee waiver promotion into approved advertisements.

6. Create effective calls to action encouraging qualified prospects to request personalized group travel proposals.

7. Direct Facebook advertising inquiries to the appropriate website landing pages or integrated lead forms.

8. Connect Facebook lead generation directly to ---------- CRM.

9. Configure Meta Pixel and appropriate conversion tracking.

10. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

11. Test advertising messages and creative variations while remaining within the approved advertising budget.

12. Ensure advertisements comply with Meta's advertising policies.

13. Never exceed the authorized advertising budget without written approval.

14. Obtain our final approval before launching or making significant changes to advertising campaigns.

We understand that generating leads for groups of 200 or more guests requires a different approach from ordinary consumer travel advertising.

We want quality over quantity.

Our priority is reaching decision-makers who can organize and fund large travel experiences.

LEAD GENERATION & SALES PIPELINE

We want to build a lead-generation system that helps convert inquiries into consultations, proposals, and confirmed group travel contracts.

The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Tracking every incoming inquiry within GoHighLevel.

2. Identifying and tagging leads based on travel type and estimated group size.

3. Prioritizing inquiries involving 200 or more travelers.

4. Creating automated follow-up workflows for new and unresponsive prospects.

5. Establishing internal notifications for high-value opportunities.

6. Tracking leads through consultation, proposal, agreement, deposit, and booking stages.

7. Monitoring the performance of our promotional service fee waiver.

8. Helping us understand which advertisements and landing pages produce the most qualified opportunities.

Groups of 50–199 travelers may submit inquiries, but our primary advertising and lead-generation focus will remain groups of 200 or more.

DAILY REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

We require daily communication and performance reports throughout the active project.

Advertising reports must include:

1. Total daily advertising spend
2. Number of new inquiries
3. Number of qualified leads
4. Estimated group sizes
5. Cost per lead
6. Advertising performance
7. Website or landing-page conversion results
8. Leads requiring follow-up
9. Campaign improvements completed
10. Recommended next actions

During website development, daily progress reports should identify completed tasks, pending changes, and any issues requiring our approval.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We are NOT looking for beginners.

The ideal contractor must have:

1. Proven experience with GoHighLevel website development, funnels, CRM pipelines, and automation.

2. Strong experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns and generating qualified leads.

3. Demonstrated experience developing high-converting landing pages and inquiry forms.

4. Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and Facebook lead ---------- .

5. Strong advertising copywriting and creative development skills.

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide daily updates.

9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently identify website improvements.

10. Willingness to make necessary revisions and follow our project instructions.

Experience in travel, tourism, luxury hospitality, corporate events, B2B marketing, or high-ticket lead generation is strongly preferred.

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS

Our website is already built. We are not looking to rebuild everything from scratch.

We need a knowledgeable contractor who can evaluate what already exists, make strategic improvements, implement the necessary GoHighLevel changes, and launch a professional Facebook advertising campaign.

The project will have two primary milestones.
