#We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin Speaking) ??

Position: Supply Chain Manager (SCM)

Industry: Fashion Dropshipping / E-commerce

About Us
We are a fast-growing international fashion dropshipping company operating multiple online fashion stores across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Supply Chain Manager who understands the fashion dropshipping business model and can efficiently manage our Chinese suppliers, fulfillment operations, and product sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with Chinese suppliers in Mandarin and English.
- Manage daily order fulfillment across multiple Shopify fashion stores.
- Monitor order processing, shipping times, and tracking updates.
- Proactively resolve delayed orders, fulfillment errors, and supplier issues.
- Negotiate product costs (COGS), shipping rates, and supplier agreements.
- Source fashion products and identify reliable Chinese suppliers.
- Ensure product quality, sizing accuracy, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate COGS sheets, size charts, and daily fulfillment reports.
- Communicate proactively with our team through Slack.
- Optimize supply chain processes to support increasing order volumes.

Requirements
- **Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) — REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1 year experience in fashion dropshipping
